Caitlyn practices mainly in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate, and real estate law, and primarily works with chapter 11 debtors to effect successful financial reorganizations. She also works with both debtors and creditors in negotiating and litigating adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.
Caitlyn is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. She also graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Linguistics with a minor in Spanish. Prior to joining Rountree Leitman Klein & Geer, LLC, Caitlyn served as Term Law Clerk for the Honorable Jeffery W. Cavender of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. In law school, Caitlyn served on the Georgia Law Review Managing Board, served as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing courses, and worked in state, superior, and federal court. Prior to attending law school, Caitlyn also worked at a real estate law firm handling all manner of post-closing issues. Admission Details
